1.Express doesn't accept any address with PO.Box or military base;

2.Please ensure your address is correct,changing address after parcel left factory will cause extra fees which should be born by buyer.

SHIPPING DELAYS

All Express Shipments Require a Signature.

For your convenience please do not wait until the last minute to place your order.

If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagements it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our warehouse on behalf of DHL/Fedex/UPS. 

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

 

FAILED DELIVERIES / REFUSED SHIPMENTS / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays.

Check the address information on your order.

Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, zipcode, etc.) needed to deliver your package.

It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. 

LOST SHIPMENTS

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately.

We will initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation.

This investigation can take up to 8-16 business days.

If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending investigation of the situation.

Warning:

Moonhair will not resend or refund a package that shows DELIVERED on  tracking.

 

 

Return Policy for Moonhair Stores


To initiate a return, please contact us at Veronica@moonhairs.com. Please note that all returns must be sent to the following address:

Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.

Return and Exchange of Defective Products:


In the event of receiving a defective product, such as an item sent wrongly, damaged during transportation, or having other defects, customers are not required to pay for postage or any additional fees. Once the product issue is communicated and confirmed with the customer, an unreasonable return request can be made within seven days. Upon receiving the returned goods, we will promptly initiate a refund.

Return and Exchange Due to Customer Remorse:


For situations where the customer wishes to return or exchange a product due to reasons such as purchasing the wrong item, product unsuitability, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping fee. Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days after receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Once we receive the goods and verify that they are undamaged and in the original condition, a full refund will be issued without affecting secondary sales. If the returned product is found to be defective, a partial refund will be issued after communicating with the customer.

Refund Process:


Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, a refund will be automatically processed to the original form of payment within 10 business days. Please note that the processing and posting time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at Veronica@moonhairs.com.
