β Return & Exchange Conditions And Precautions
1. Online purchases (gifts excluded) made through moonhairs.com are valid for exchange and return within 30 days from the date you've received all your item(s).
2. Free returns and exchanges have been implemented in The United States. No matter the reason, you wonβt be responsible for shipping costs.
3. Items must be unused, undamaged, come with all original tags and their original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will beissued. (if the original strap attached to the u part wig is cut off, or the wig has been washed and dyed, the item will be not seen as an unused condition)
4. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
β How Do I Return An Item?

Step2: Choose The Order You Would Like To Return and Select A Request Type.
Step 3: Fill In The Corresponding Information And Click Submit.
β Refund Policy
All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Refund will be processed within 24 hours once your returned package is received and inspected. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
